Looking for somewhere to eat this weekend? Don't fancy overcrowded place? Wish for a serene, peaceful eatery place? Look no more, head on to Restaurant Kolam Ikan aka Restaurant Yu Kan. It was featured in Ching Mei's blog as she went there to celebrate Mother's Day. Well, we weren't there to celebrate Mother's/Father's Day but we were there celebrate Chinese New Year. We depart to Restaurant Yu Kan right after we prayed at Thean How Temple.
Address, map and contact number to make your journey a breeze.
Me and the owner of the restaurant (which also my boyfriend's aunt).
Two pretty posers.
David and his best pal - beer. ;)
The lovebirds: Dana and David. Eh eh eh, Double D! :)
Me, David and Wei Hwa.
Wei Hwa's relatives and their children.
Everyone wanna pose with Li Ling the princess!
Ain't she cute?!?!
I can't resist giving her a big kiss on her cheek.
She's lovable.
Elton, Wei Hwa and Li Ling.
THE BEST PART OF ALL: Double lions were here to usher in prosperity and good business to the restaurant! :)
Me love the pink one~
The lions skips in as the drums goes "thrung dung dung chang" wtf.
First, they prayed to the "God of Sky" (did I got this right?).
Secondly, they prayed to "Guan Tai" (God of War) on the altar.
Let the dance begin! :p
May your business doubled and tripled this coming year!
:D
