Next to cendol stall is the assam laksa stall. Choose either cendol OR assam laksa, as they aren't close friends or buddies. Beware~

Cendol is a traditional dessert originated from Jawa, Indonesia, but it is equally popular in Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. Cendol's basic ingredient: shaved ice, coconut milk, starch noodles with green food coloring and palm sugar. Other optional addition to cendol: red bea, glutinous rice, grass jelly, and creamed corn.

This cendol is really nice...but must aware because there is another one located just in front of the stall. Must look and find that one with Phua Chu Kang photo ya!! Must try when go Penang!!
